By engaging with our services, or making payments through our website and associated platforms, you agree to the terms specified in this policy.

2. Naest Tutors Platform

Naest Tutors is a Home Tuition Platform provided by Naestinn. We collect payments for tutoring services, subscription fees, and associated educational materials through our platform.

Payments collected for Naest Tutors are subject to the cancellation and refund rules detailed in this policy, ensuring transparency and fairness for both tutors and students.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation terms are designed to be as flexible as possible while protecting the time and resources of our service providers.

General IT & Consulting Services

  • Clients may request to cancel a project or service agreement by providing a written notice.
  • Cancellations requested before the commencement of work will be processed without any penalty.
  • If work has already commenced, cancellation will result in billing for the proportional amount of work completed up to the date of cancellation.

Naest Tutors (Home Tuition Platform)

  • Session Cancellations: Students or parents must cancel a scheduled tuition session at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee or deducted from the pre-paid balance.
  • Subscription Cancellations: Monthly or recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed based on the nature of the service and the timing of the request.

  • Approved Refunds: Once a refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment (e.g., Net Banking, Credit Card, etc.).
  • Processing Time: You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.
  • Naest Tutors Refunds: If a tutor fails to attend a scheduled and paid session, a full refund for that specific session will be issued to the student/parent, or a compensatory class will be scheduled based on mutual agreement.

5. Non-Refundable Items/Services

Certain services and payments are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Registration or enrollment fees for the Naest Tutors platform.
  • Completed IT consulting hours or delivered software milestones.
  • Domain registration, third-party software licenses, or hosting fees purchased on behalf of the client.

6. Process for Requesting Refunds

To request a refund or cancellation, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to our support team at info@naestinn.com with the subject line "Refund/Cancellation Request - [Your Name/Order ID]".
  2. Include details of the transaction, service purchased, and the reason for the request.
  3. Our team will review your request within 48-72 business hours and communicate the decision or ask for further clarification.
